Cancellation Policy

1. Reservation Requirement A confirmed booking requires a valid ID and contact details. Some units may require a reservation fee depending on demand and availability. 2. Payment Terms Full payment or the agreed initial payment must be settled before the vehicle is released. Accepted payment methods include Creditcard, cash, GCash, and online bank transfers. 3. Security Deposit A refundable security deposit may be required for certain vehicle types. This will be returned once the unit is inspected and cleared after drop-off. 4. Fuel Policy Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as when released. Any shortage will be charged accordingly. 5. Usage Policy The renter is responsible for the safe and proper use of the vehicle. Damages caused by negligence, accidents, or misuse will be charged to the renter. 6. Car Wash Fee A ₱200 car wash fee is charged after use to ensure every vehicle is clean, fresh, and ready for the next renter. 7. Delivery & Pick-Up Delivery and pick-up services are available within and outside Puerto Princesa City. Additional charges apply depending on distance. 8. Cancellation & No-Show Cancellations made less than 48 hours before scheduled pick-up may result in forfeiture of the reservation fee. No-shows are considered canceled bookings. 9. Late Return Late returns will incur additional hourly or daily charges depending on the vehicle type and agreed rental terms. 10. Driver’s License Requirement The renter must present a valid driver’s license. For foreign travelers, an international driving permit or passport may be required.
