Yes, a refundable security deposit is required upon vehicle pickup. This deposit covers potential traffic fines, cleaning fees, or minor damages not covered by insurance. The amount varies by vehicle type and will be fully refunded upon the safe return of the unit.

Cancellations made 72 hours (3 days) prior to the scheduled pick-up time are eligible for a full refund of the reservation fee. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the pick-up are subject to a cancellation fee (e.g., forfeiture of the reservation fee).

Our main pickup and drop-off points are located near Puerto Princesa International Airport (PPS). We also offer flexible service to other key areas, including El Nido and certain hotels/ports, though surcharges may apply for locations outside of the main city center.
